Aug. 17, 2026 Dodge Dealer Offers $25K Off Trucks: Will Ford and Chevy Follow?

Finally here a Dodge dealer video went viral yesterday. They took $25,000 off their 92,000 dollar truck, selling it for right over $67,000. That was that particular truck, but they also in the same video announced 25% off all of their truck inventory. Dodge, Ford, Chevy, they're huge. And when one discounts, they're all going to discount. Right now, it wasn't a whole Dodge manufacturer announcing 25% off, it was the dealer. But this tends to be how it starts. Again, I spent 25 years in automotive. I started at autotrader.com. I worked for Kelly Blue Book, etc. Been doing this for a long time. The inventory is high on the trucks and nobody wants to buy them because they're too expensive.
