Nigella named Queen Chickpeas one of her favourites in her @Ocado shop - US! BOLD BEANS! We’re still not over it. She mentioned she uses our Queens in this very simple pasta dish, and we just COULDN’T RESIST recreating it - garlic + chilli flakes going golden in a generous glug of olive oil, plump Queen Chickpeas simmering down into a silky sauce that clings to every piece of orecchiette.
