I'm a wine and food content creator in Napa Valley and these are my go-to spots for caviar. First up is RO Lounge in Yountville. You can go for a full caviar service or just grab a bump. They even have caviar on their happy hour menu. Next is PRESS St Helena. You guys already know I love their caviar pretzel. If you want something a little bit more approachable, you can stop by their sister restaurant at The Charter Oak. Next is Charlie's St Helena. They have some fun caviar options here from mini corn dogs to my personal favorite, the potato skins. And then Bear Napa at St. Helena Ranch. So simple, but it's so good. I love the caviar and housemade chips. And then Solbar Calistoga. Chef Gustavo is deboning chicken wings, brining them, then deep frying them into these little nuggets topped with caviar and creme fraiche. And then BOA Napa.
