Head over to the link in bio to find my recipes on my ReciMe Page & download the app with code "CALWILLCOOKIT" to save unlimited recipes! 🔗 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (~6 servings) - ~3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (diced) - Extra virgin olive oil - Nashville hot seasoning blend - Cooked jasmine rice Yogurt Ranch: - 2/3 cup fat free plain greek yogurt - 1/3 cup light sour cream - 3-4 tbsp milk of choice - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp fresh chopped dill - 2-3 tbsp fresh chopped chives - 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley - Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder to taste. Creamy Dill Coleslaw: - 1/2 cup mayo of choice - 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar - 2-3 tbsp honey - 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill - Seasonings: salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste - 3 cups shredded green cabbage - 2 cups shredded purple cabbage Additional Toppings: - Pickles - Pickled red onions - Fresh chopped chives Note(s): Measurements are estimated; adjust ingredients to your personal preference. DIRECTIONS 1. Put together the ranch then place it in the fridge until ready to serve. 2. Put together the coleslaw then place it in the fridge until ready to serve. 3. Add the chicken to a large bowl then drizzle in some olive oil and season generously. Mix till well combined. 4. Get a large greased skillet going over medium-high heat. Add in the chicken and let cook for 5-7 minutes without touching it, this helps build a nice crust. From there, give it a mix and let continue cooking mixing every few minutes until the chicken is crispy and cooked all the way through (largest piece should reach ~175°F internal).
