SAAD NEMER PALESTINIAN FARMER AND LAND OWNER The main issue and cause is that the settlers attack on the land and the water. They cut off the water source and they took control of it and cut off the water supply to the farms here. We haven't had a drop of water for the past three months, and till now, we do not have any water to prepare for planting. Settlers have seized an estimated 95% of springs in the northern Jordan Valley. The UN has recorded at least 160 settler attacks on water and sanitation facilities this year alone.
