WHAT $1,406.20 A WEEK LOOKS LIKE AS A dog walker

thousand six hundred and six dollars and twenty cents. How much nine clients paid me to walk their dogs this week. I am living proof that it's not about knowing a million different people, it's about knowing the right people who see your value for what it really is. So let's go ahead and break down my income as a dog walker this week. Number one, client number one, we had Ginger and Ruby. I walked them for $40 and this is off Rover, so that gives us a total of $40. And then we have Hart. Hart is also off Rover, one drop in a week at $27. Giving us a total of $27. And then we have Billy, our OG Rover client. I walk Billy four times a week at my OG rate of $20 a walk. And after the Rover 20% fee, that gives us a total of $64. And then we have Olive. Olive I walked twice this week at $40 a walk and this is off Rover, so that gives us a total of $80. And then we have this client, I've been with them for over a year now. They have five cats. I do drop ins for them at $50 a drop in. So that gives us a total of $880 after the Rover 20% fee. And then we have Lily. Lily I walked two times, 30 minute walks each at $30. This is also off Rover, giving us a total of $60. And then we have Gracie. Gracie is also an OG client at my rate of $22 for a walk. And at two times that week, that gave us a total of $35.20 after the Rover 20% fee. Then we have a new client, Ellie. Walked Ellie four different times at $30 a walk and this is off us, giving us a total of $120. Lastly, we have Patty, Finn and Grady, and they also had their daughter's dog, Tucker, with them. So at two drop ins for 30 minutes for four dogs at $50 us, giving us a total of $100. This is also off Rover. After all that, that gives us a total of around $70 an hour to be a dog walker, which y'all is amazing. I am so grateful for it. I never fathomed this side hustle would be what it is. Do I work part time? And it's such a blessing. I am forever grateful that I've been able to build a business like this, especially coming out of the classroom. So if I have one thing to leave you with, it's quality over quantity. It's about people knowing people, literally proof that.
