Transcript

so I just spent three weeks sleeping in only shared hostels meaning that every night I share a room with 10 to 20 people and honestly that is one of the hardest parts because you have people checking in at like 2:00 AM or 6:00 AM and you just can't do anything about it. Think about it if someone has a high early in the morning and they're opening their bag like this and ruffling through their things, you I am bound to wake up once or twice. Which is why despite having very limited space, I brought this I've been bringing ZzzQuil melatonin gummies on my trips and it's been helping me so much with my sleep. It has helped me sleep well especially in countries with different time zones on the nights where I have trouble falling asleep at the hostel. I just take two gummies 30 minutes before bed and it helps me sleep so so well. It also contain lavender and chamomile. And I know that if the next day I'm going on a hike or doing some really adventurous exploring and I really need a good night's rest to focus on the day. I take the ZzzQuil 10MG melatonin. It has higher melatonin so it helps me fall asleep faster. Anyway, I'm back now but I will be continuing to bring these on my next trip.
