POV: you let a Thai girl choose dinner… Me and Fah visited Naka Weekend Market in phuket to get some dinner but, I didn’t expect to be eating this. First up: silkworm pupae. Quite dry and earthy, not much taste but the thought of it was just grim. Then the frog legs which completely surprised me, they taste just like pork scratching, I’d actually recommend them… ✅ Where I tapped out: whole frogs with eggs and crickets that come straight out of buffalo dung. Some things I just can’t get over 😅 Also thanks to Fah for correcting my Thai during the evening, she is a Thai language teacher.
