Is this the coolest playground on Long Island?
If your bigger kids are officially bored of regular playgrounds, you need to take them here
Baldwin Park on Long Island just got a brand new renovated playground, and I
think this might be one of the coolest playgrounds on Long Island for bigger
kids.
There are actually two separate play areas
One designed for little kids, and then this massive playground for bigger
kids packed with huge climbing structures, obstacles, slides, nets, and
plenty of things that actually feel challenging and exciting for them
And Baldwin Park is way more than just a playground, so you could easily
spend a few hours here
There's a seasonal spray
area, a skate park,
basketball courts, tennis and
pickleball courts, baseball
and softball fields, a dog
run, plus a roughly
two-mile walking and biking
trail around the park
So bring the bikes or
scooters, tire the kids out
and make a whole afternoon
"THIS was the coolest
playground on
LONG ISLAND!"
