How to quietly change your pad in the school bathroom. Since over 700,000 of you guys watched my video on how to quietly open your pad at school. I'm gonna give you guys all of my tips. But I do want to give a disclaimer that there is nothing embarrassing about having a period or having to change your pad. It's so normal. It's like blowing your nose. It's just a part of life. But you guys want your privacy and have been asking me for tips. So I'm gonna just spill all the tea. Your for you page, comment pink emojis and don't forget to follow and subscribe for more. Big sister tips. First of all, if you're in a bathroom and it's crowded and there's gonna be other noises, someone's gonna use the sink to wash their hands or turn on all those sounds that are going on. Just take that as your moment to open up. Just say the whole bathroom is quiet and you wanna open up. Quietly open it. Slowly opening your pad is gonna make a lot less noise. If you rip it, if you're super shy about it, the whole situation is making you feel nervous. Here's the best tip: Know your period is about to come on. If you're at home, just pre open your pads, literally just have it already peeled open. Have the pad open, put it in your book bag. That way when you take it to the bathroom, it's already open and it's not much noise. And remember, there's nothing embarrassing about changing your pad. As someone who's had her period for several years, you get to the point where you just go to the bathroom and rip it open and you don't care who hears it. As always, remember, my page is a safe space. If you guys have any questions, you can drop them in the comments. My charmy pimple patches have my skin slaying. Love you guys. Bye.
