How to quietly change your period pad at school. If you're feeling a little self conscious about having your period in school, this is the video for you. First, as a disclaimer, I do wanna say that there is nothing embarrassing about having your period or having to change your pad in school. As girlies, this is something that we all have to go through. So try not to feel too embarrassed about having your period or bringing your pad. So tip number one requires you to actually cut your pad before you bring it to school. All pads have this little seam, and that's keeping the pad together, and that's what's causing a lot of noise. And we're gonna cut it right off along the line, just like this. Then do the same thing to the other side. Slowly open the pad. You're gonna see it's barely making any noise. You can either slowly rip the wrapper off, but sometimes you don't have time for that. So what you're gonna do is flush the toilet and then let it rip. Flushing the toilet already makes a lot of noise, so no one's gonna hear you ripping open your pad. And also remember, do not flush your pad down the toilet. You wanna take your used pad and just roll it in the wrapper, or roll it in a toilet paper and then just dispose of it into the trash bin. You can also place your pad into a makeup pouch so it's not really obvious what you're going to the bathroom for. Also, at the end of the day, opening your period pad sounds way louder to you than anybody else in the bathroom. Most people in the bathroom don't really notice or really hear it, so don't feel too embarrassed about having your period in school or bringing your pad. Hope these tips help.
