Someone stole from one of our cake stands yesterday, and I’m honestly just so disheartened. 💔 These stands are self-serve and built entirely on trust. They’re something my four kids and I have worked incredibly hard to build…not only as our small family business, but as a way to bring awareness to domestic violence and hopefully do something meaningful in our community. We know putting a self-serve stand out means trusting people to do the right thing, and the overwhelming majority of you DO. We are so grateful for every single person who stops, pays honestly, shares our posts, leaves kind notes, and supports what we’re building. But having someone take advantage of that trust really hurts.
