This is the easiest trick ever! Really cute lifted crown volume without heavy layers. The bottom of your hair is still feels full, the top feels airy and light, but the layers are not visible, almost at all. The section I tape gives that sort of like 60s slight lift with tousled long hair. The layers are magical the way they work and they grow out incredible for months and months. What Dani came in with are these exact same layers I had already given her yet grown out. And you can’t even see them right? That’s the best part. They never go through an awkward stage. I teach these crown layers and every single one of my haircutting classes (except DIY bangs class of course because that is bangs….) ❤️ I’m going to try giving you guys really quick little classes for those of you that could use a little extra help here. It’s my joy to teach people simple things that can change things up so much. I hope this inspires you! PS, To get extra crown volume at the roots of your hair, where your head gets flat…. I like to use the  @Hairstory Studio Undressed texture spray and put it right into the roots of the hair. Like quite a bit of it maybe five spritzes on the roots. It’s extremely lightweight, never sticky, never crunchy, doesn’t feel like you have a bunch of crap in your hair. It’s a big bottle so be generous!
