🏡 They absolutely LOVED this house… until one visit changed everything. 😳 The neighborhood was beautiful. 🌳 The backyard was perfect. 🌿 There was even a pool. 💦 ✅ Inspection went well ✅ Financing was approved ✅ The buyers were excited The parents had gifted them $300,000 toward the down payment and told them to buy the home they loved. 💰❤️ So they did. Then, about a week before closing, the buyers brought their parents to see the house for the first time. Within minutes… the mood completely changed. 😬 🍽️ “The kitchen isn’t big enough.” 🛏️ “The bedrooms are too small.” 🏠 “The basement should’ve been finished differently.” 🌳 “The backyard isn’t private enough.” In less than 20 minutes, the buyers went from excited to questioning EVERYTHING. But here’s the crazy part… 🤯 Nothing about the house had changed. The only thing that changed was how they saw it after hearing someone else criticize every detail. They still closed on the property, but the excitement they once had was gone. Instead of moving into the home they loved, they moved in replaying all those negative comments in their heads.
