Apartment touring in Orlando part 2!! Today we’re headed to Towne Vineland in Orlando and here is how the tour went. We really enjoyed the amenities here. It had so many unique little things about it that we feel like so many people would love. But for us, the actual units just didn’t wow us. The location is great because it’s close to a lot of fun things but we aren’t sure if this one is better than our current apartment. The amenities at this property was my favorite part of touring it. They did have a cute little movie theater. They do have a co-ed sauna, which was really nice. They did have a fitness center and they do have the little spin classroom, which I really liked. They do have a cold plunge and massage tables, which is first come first serve. And they did have a lot of room in the lobby for working from home or for hanging out with friends. I did love the beachy vibe of this place, but one thing I did not like was the pool. It wasn't the pool itself, it was just kind of how small it was and there were so many chairs. I just feel like I would be on top of people all the time. There was this private cabana, but there was only one and that is first come first serve. There was also one other thing is that they have outdoor hallways, which I do not like in an apartment. We were touring a two bed, two bath today and it goes right into the kitchen, which was pretty good. The appliances were new and up to date, lots of storage. I liked that the cabinets weren't just basic white. But overall, it is just your standard kitchen. It wasn't anything crazy. The appliances were new and up to date, lots of storage. I did not like the washer and dryer were stacked in the kitchen, but I did like that you could take that island and you can move it wherever you want to. The living room was a decent size. There was also a patio attached as well. This is the primary bedroom, which I feel like was pretty small, but I did like the size of the bathroom. You do get the double vanity with the nice walk-in shower and a good decent size closet. There was also a lot of really good lighting in here. And then the secondary bedroom, which was actually larger than the primary bedroom. Overall, we did enjoy our tour, but we didn't feel like this one is going to be at the top of the list for us. The prices are right and the amenities are great, but we are looking for just a little bit more in our current apartment hunt. Give me a follow if you're wanting to see more Orlando apartment tours.
