We want to glaze it. I can't have everything called sweet meats. I'll tell you this. Besides the obvious that we glaze this. The sausage has a maple flavoring amongst other flavors inside of it. It is not just a little bit of a pepper. And definitely a strong maple flavor. Some other subtle flavors in there. Like I said, it wouldn't even consider it but it wasn't a quality product.
