So you're telling me So you're telling me they got to the scene and there was a man standing here, just and you have a woman like this. This man is standing here saying, she said she our kids. She tried to herself. Now, paramedics come up and say, hmm, this woman can't speak. They take her to the hospital, where she is intubated and still can't speak. 24 hours, they have decided has not committed a single crime. They walk up to the scene, there is an almost unconscious woman who has no ability to speak, and the only living person who is there is a white man saying, my wife said she did it. Must be true. That's what you're telling me happened? You're telling me that this entire case is predicated on the words of a woman who was basically unconscious and going through possibly postpartum psychosis, definitely postpartum depression, definitely postpartum anxiety, and definitely way too many medications by people who were watching what she this should not have gotten to where it is without a little more digging. And that you can see with the prosecution and how they're witnesses like, babe, you are just making the case. I'm sorry. I you believe she did it or didn't do it. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. She is not in a bifurcated case. Meaning she can be found guilty. Guilty, basically, with reason of insanity, whatever the Massachusetts version of that. The prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she committed this crime. The case, please tell me whether or not it doesn't matter.
