Does that not mean that the prosecution failed to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt which is the standard that we're held to in this country? Even if they come back and they come back with a decision and they say that she's guilty. Like there was doubt, right? Am I tripping or am I not understanding this right? Like if they say hey we can't agree, then in my opinion, that's cut and dry. The prosecution failed. Explain this to me. Like how is the jury in the Lindsay Clancy case saying we can't come to a unanimous decision not just, you know, cut and dry. Like, how is that not proof? Yeah, okay. Explain it to me.
