Starting my gut health journey once I’m back in Australia fr so I never experience this again sos please give me your remedies #traveltips I've lived in Indonesia for four months. I didn't want to get sick. I've been here for like a week. I've been sick for most of it. I actually haven't had a full meal in probably about five days. I've been in seven years. You might be wondering, Ruby, what have you been up to? I've been on date with the toilet if I'm being so real. And there's actually no end in sight. If you guys have some recommendations on some remedies, I'll probably try them all. But please, like, help me because I think I should see a doctor to be honest. But I hate seeing doctors on holiday. But there's actually no end in sight and I'm about to start the part of my trip that I'm most excited for. And yeah, it's so miserable being sick on holiday. Don't get me wrong, I'm so happy to be on holiday. I'd prefer this over Melbourne. But I don't want to spend the whole time on the toilet, which is what I've been doing. So sad. I can't believe I've been defeated like this. Also, the part that I most heard about, I started doing a little bit of extra stem master before I came here. What was the point? There was no point because you know what? I like, why did I do that? Let's all manifest it today's a day.
