The most annoying thing about acne happens after it disappears. Because these acne marks stay for weeks or even months. And they're basically gone because I've been using a very specific method to get rid of them. If you've heard of EGF, it stands for Epidermal Growth Factor, and it's something your body already produces. Simply think of EGF as a signal that tells your skin, okay, it's time to repair. After a breakout damages your skin, basically EGF is supporting the function of reproducing those new skin cells and renewing the damaged ones. This is exactly why I switched to an EGF focus routine when I deal with extra post acne marks. I'm using Dear, Klairs Blue EGF Serum. I don't use a toner. This has literal toner consistency. It's super watery. You see that? The thing about this is that it has 10 ppm of EGF, which is the maximum allowed in Korea. But they somehow formulated it so it still really lightweight. Absorbs in three seconds. The most effective way is to pair with azelaic acid. Because azelaic acid is great at targeting redness and post acne marks that are really stubborn. I like to do this in the AM. And then I'll apply the azelaic acid. It sits on top of that EGF. The thing is this combo is not new. I've been using this EGF serum since February of 2023. So it's been a while. And the progressive seen in my skin is kind of insane. If that didn't sell you, this is non-comedogenic and it's also clinically tested for irritation. So it'll be good girls. So if your pimples are gone and you haven't done the repair step, what are you doing?
