whimsy cardigan free crochet pattern

Does the sewing take a little bit of time? Yes, but 100% worth it. There's no shaping. It is so easy to crochet and anyone who's in their whimsy girl era really needs to make this pattern. I did two bow ties on mine just because I felt like two was just so cute and I loved it so much. But I also love the look of doing one as well. I feel like that is also really cute. And of course, I adore the scalloped border. I feel like it just flows really well from the stitch pattern of the rest of the cardigan into this scalloped border.
