The period hacks I wish someone told me sooner, especially keeping pads in literally every bag. I wish someone would have told me because it would have helped with my painful periods so much. And when your period comes on, heating pad is going to be your best friend. Yourself a mini heating pad or a heated blanket, it helps so much if you have painful periods. Track your period. I used to not track my period and especially if you do get period cramps, I would definitely recommend tracking your period. You don't want to happen is you make a whole bunch of plans and then your period comes on and you do not feel like doing any of those things. Because when my period comes on, I just want to lay in bed. Now I track my period. That way if I know it's coming on, I'm not gonna make plans with my friends or book myself a nail appointment. Not pick at your period pimples. Instead put on a cute little pimple patch like I'm wearing right now. I'm wearing these charming ones because they boost my confidence, help my blemishes. And also I learned that whenever you pick a pimple, it leaves a dark spot. Those are always so hard to get rid of. Another little hack is to keep some pads or tampons in all of your bags and purses.
