1. Pick an Idea that has been done before (Never a new Idea...too risky).
2. Decide what is a 'good enough' MVP... this is harder to do than you think.
3. Offer a Lifetime deal (LTD) and work with LTD Facebook groups to do giveaways and a private LTD.
4. Never give an account away for free. Always charge. People don't use freebies.
5. Do as much work as possible to sell a private LTD.
6. Write content. Lots of it.
7. Launch on AppSumo marketplace.
8. Do one last private LTD.
9. Ask for Reviews on Trustpilot etc
10. Answer questions on Reddit and Quora.
