Why it worked

The visual metaphor of a shrinking team before and after AI effectively communicates the impact of AI on productivity and the changing landscape of business strategy, making the concept easily digestible and shareable.

Summary

The image contrasts the process of turning an idea into execution before and after the advent of AI. Before AI, a large team was required for execution, while after AI, the same outcome can be achieved with a significantly smaller team, shifting the focus to idea generation and validation.

BEFORE AI IDEA EXECUTE AFTER AI IDEA EXECUTE

Original caption

For years, the rule was simple: ideas were easy to come by, but execution was hard. Turning an idea into something real took time, money, and an entire team Then AI made execution faster, cheaper, and accessible to almost anyone Now the edge is moving upstream: knowing what’s worth building, what problems actually matter, and what “good” looks like. Ideas were never the problem. They were just expensive to test. Save this for the next person that tells you execution is everything! 🔥
