IT’S BIRTHDAY WEEK for my baby @GGStudio! 🎂✨ As I look back at our first year, I am so incredibly grateful for every single person who has downloaded the app, trusted me to train them, listened to me when I said "one last pulse" and didn't mean it, shared GGStudio with a friend, gave us the feedback/push I needed to improve the app or simply pressed play to a class on a day when showing up felt impossible. What started as a dream has grown into a community of women (+men!) moving together all over the world, and none of it would be possible without the GGSquad. Thank you for cheering me on through every setback and every win. What an honor it is to be a small part of your day and your mood boosters. This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to celebrate all week long with you!
