This happened when I got my first payment I made business account because I read somewhere that it's more appropriate I also made sure that I'm verified before taking any payments Linked bank account After I received payment from my first comm, they said I needed to provide additional information of my business (cuz I opened business account) We need your help with a quick review of your account Why is this happening? Based on the information we have today, customers were dissatisfied with activity from this business. But here's how I resolved mine I contacted customer service and asked for a live agent I told the agent that I submitted everything and did it right. Emphasizing I am a sole proprietor of my digital art business and is legit This is the document I sent as proof HIRAYA MANAWARI Digital Artist I am an independent freelance digital artist operating as a sole proprietor. I create custom, made- to-order digital illustrations and character designs based directly on client specifications. Because my products are entirely digital, I do not have a physical product supplier, nor do I have physical tracking numbers. All artwork is hand-drawn by me, and final deliverables are sent directly to clients electronically via email or digital file download. Supplier: I am the sole creator and manufacturer of the digital goods. The only raw materials used are my personal digital drawing tablet, and illustration software. Commission Invoice: The client commissioned a half-body illustration ($10.00 USD) with additional background and elements ($3.00 USD). The copy of the invoice is uploaded as a separate pdf file. Delivery Record: This is the delivery screenshot of the client and confirmation that they have received the digital artwork. Proof of a real client and that they're satisfied + breakdown of commission Workspace (Software: Infinite Painter): The software I use (included my WIP & layers) and where I store them Drive folder Portfolio Links: 1.
