Case Summary: Patient Zeeshan, 17-year-old male, presented with history of Road Traffic Accident. He sustained a Shaft of Femur fracture (SOF #) for which traction has been applied. On assessment, distal neurovascular status (DNV) is intact. No additional injuries documented in the current notes. Patient is being managed conservatively with traction at present. Admission has been advised for further evaluation and definitive management.
