Why it worked

The video leverages a perceived 'new update' and a 'secret' method for virality, tapping into creators' desire for growth. The clear, step-by-step demonstration of a simple feature, combined with the emphasis on a specific posting strategy (stories vs. feed), makes the advice actionable and appealing.

Summary

The creator explains a new TikTok feature that allows users to turn photos into videos using templates, which they claim can help creators go viral. They instruct viewers to use the 'Create' section, select a 'one clip' template, choose a photo that matches the template's energy, and importantly, post it to their story rather than their main feed for maximum reach.

Structure

1Introduce the viral potential of a new TikTok update
2Demonstrate how to access the 'Create' and 'one clip' template features
3Explain how to select a photo and template
4Emphasize posting to stories for virality
5Encourage engagement and following for more tips

Product placement

TikTok (app): social media platform for creating and sharing short videos. It ACTS by providing features and templates for video creation. Removing it would change what happens in the video. Starbucks (logo on cup): coffeehouse chain. It merely APPEARS. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.
