AD I love a dish where the sauce does most of the work and these salmon skewers marinated in Heinz Sriracha Mayo are exactly that. It means you get an incredibly creamy and spicy flavour without having to mix up a whole list of different ingredients. I paired it with some sticky rice and cucumber and finished it off with a drizzle of Heinz Sweet Chilli Sauce, for a lil sweet n spicy kick! @Heinz UK & Ireland #ad To make the salmon skewers: 500g Salmon Fillet 4tbsp Sriracha Mayo 1tbsp Soy Sauce 1tbsp Lime Juice 1tsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Ginger / Garlic Paste 1tsp Honey 1tbsp Sesame Seeds 250g Cooked Rice 2 Mini Cucumbers 1 Spring Onion Handful of Coriander Heinz Sweet Chilli Sauce Lime Wedge 1.
