More Dough Co. Cinnamon Roll Blueprint The dough recipe itself is almost a copy & paste of Halicopter Away Japanese milk bread, which is absolutely amazing. (Recipe in video). Instructions for More Dough recipe uses your mixer and dough hook - Halicopter instructions have you knead dough by hand. There is a lot of good information in here and there is also a lot of rambling going on. If you are not experienced, you would find some of this information useful - if you are an experienced cinnamon roll maker there’s nothing in here you don’t already know. The instructions are easy to follow. Included are a lot of useful tips when checking your dough after the second proof before you bake. Like how to tell if they are ready or if they require more time. Again, this is not anything you couldn’t do a quick google search on or ask your buddy Chat GPT about (probably a lot quicker and free). There is an entire section devoted to trouble shooting and an explanation of what each ingredients purpose is in the dough.
