COSMIC BROWNIE RECIPE Brownie Recipe: 226 g salted butter 8 oz Unsweetened Bakers Bar (2 boxes) 600 g Sugar 5 eggs 16 g Vanilla 180 g Flour Chocolate Ganache: 8 oz semisweet chocolate (chips work fine) 1 cup Heavy Cream, warmed Preheat oven to 325 (conventional) degrees. Melt chocolate and butter in a sauce pan, low and slow until smooth. Remove from heat and allow this to cool. Add sugar, eggs & vanilla to your mixer. Mix on high for 10 minutes. Once it has been 10 minutes and your chocolate mixture has cooled slowly add it to your sugar mixer in low speed. Once combined add your flour, mix until just combined and turn off your mixer. Place in 9x13 or larger pan like mine if you want thinner brownies. For 9x13 bake for 25-28 minutes (check at 25 , add more as needed) tooth pick should come out with some fudge like Brownie on it - edge should be set. These will continue to bake in the pan after you take them out. I baked mine for 25 minutes total - I checked at 22 and added 3 additional minutes (9.5x15) weird size I know - it’s a pampered chef pan. Add chocolate chips to a bowl. Heat your cream on the stove or in a microwave. You want it to be hot - not scorching or boiling. Add heavy cream to the bowl of chocolate chips and allow it to sit for 3 minutes. Get a whisk and mix until it is completely combined and smooth. IF it isn’t melting down enough, don’t worry just add it back to a skillet and put on the stove and whisk a bit more. Add to brownies after they have chilled.
