Sweet potato ooey gooey butter cake! I know I lied to y'all. I know I said the last cake was the last cake for the month of August. However, something was like, make a sweet potato ooey gooey butter cake because we're about to transition into sweet potato recipes and desserts and stuff. So the next recipe y'all gonna get is sweet potato bread, right? This here is ridiculous. We did a box of butter cake mix, two eggs, a half a cup of sweet potato. I did a full cup of sweet potato, right? Mix that in. Woo woo woo. Get that into a grease 9 by 13. Put that in. That's the first layer. We gotta do the top part, right? Block of cream cheese, stick of butter, two eggs, four cups of sugar, excuse me, four cups of powdered sugar. And then I did a little dash of cinnamon and then I did some vanilla in both parts. In both parts. Because it's two parts, right? Put that second layer on there. Bake it 350 for 45 minutes. Right here. Dusted with powdered sugar. Girl, and I also put a little bit of walnut in here. If you don't do nuts, you don't gotta put them in there. This is ridiculous.
