So to make a matcha, lazy girl edition, slash just had a cold whisk it. All you need is a cup, some matcha. This one is the Nakamura Tokichi Matcha Sho No Mukashi. Totally probably butchered that. I got this in Uji. Oh no. Why did it just explode everywhere? Okay, so I'm taking my cup, putting my sift over it, and then I'm going to just take and eyeball how much matcha I want. I think that. Should be enough. I'm just going to sift it into the cup. Then I'm just going to take some oat milk. I like the Oatly Barista Edition. And I'm just going to take about 20 milliliters, but you can almost see I eyeball this. It's a little less than an ounce, but you could probably just use a full ounce as well. And I'm just literally going to pour it straight into the cup. And I'm going to take a frother and just mix it. I know that you really need to sift it. I still do it. Honestly, I just for like a little bit. Then I'm just going to put some ice. The rest of my oat milk and just fill it up. And I'm just going to take some agave and just do a little dollop. However much I want. And then I can adjust the sweetness as I drink it. Just going to mix it up. Look at the color by the way. Like it's my work. So good. And it's so creamy this way too.
