This will last me a month. A month. This is a restaurant box. So see the little hole in here? This lets moisture out, which is important. Let's cool air in. Because when you have a bag of salad, you notice how it rots in just a few days? Because no moisture can get out. It's all about moisture control. So I layer a food-safe towel, dry salad in a restaurant box, making sure that hole is clear. And this lasts me forever. I often have to throw out away before it's actually bad. It's perfect. This is already a week and a half old, by the way. Look at that. That looks fresh. Crunchy kale. Perfect.
