YOU WALK INTO

Walk into class, look around and realize that none of your friends are in there. Don't automatically think that this is going to be the worst class. I'm gonna tell you what to do if you have a class with none of your friends. This is for your page. Comment pink emojis. Don't forget to follow and subscribe for more big sister tips. Don't think that automatically sit by yourself. Do not isolate yourself and whoever looks the most approachable in that class, go and sit by them. Use tiny conversation starters. You don't have to go up to someone and say, Hey, do you want to be my best friend? Ask them, Hey, what page are we on? Like your book bag. Little simple things like that to start a conversation. Now I know when there's group work or the teacher says you need a partner, you're probably panicking, but don't. Don't wait for someone to come up to you. Turn to whoever's closest to you and ask them if they want to be your partner. If you're allowed on your phone or your laptop, don't just be staring at your screen the whole time because sometimes this will actually make you look like you don't want to talk to people. And you might actually end up making some really good friends in this class. Sometimes the best friendships happen when you're put around people who you wouldn't have normally talked to.
