this is something i made to highlight the current state of the world (especially this platform). theres a lot of double standards that favor the "status quo" or stamping out the bare concept of individuality. thisll be a good test to see who's reading the captions on here, but the first bit of the edit isnt meant to compare fashion styles. its meant to be commentary on how the push for minimalism is intended to stamp out individuality and self expression. i also have a feeling someones gonna try and argue about the cheating bit, to which i say that chesters (and those yhey cheat with) often justify their behavior under the guise of their affairs being "forbidden love." the last bit is meant to reflect how tiktok will suppress content bringing awareness to how certain discourse is meant to take eyes off of real issues affecting marginalized groups, but everyone's hot takes that add to that discourse get pushed out to thousands of people. all in all, social media (ESPECIALLY THIS APP) has been used to push conservative ideas onto the masses, and a lot of people fell for it without realizing. #wereallbrothersinaperfectworld #perfectworld #gr3ats4ge #internetrenaissance
