I didn’t think we’d ever need something like this, but I’m also really glad it exists. Virtual reality metalworking tools are now a reality thanks to Nekoneko99999999 on Twitter. The VR lathe is done! And amazingly, it can actually do machining! You can make tons of cylinders now. I’ve pretty much recreated the basic operations, so it might even be usable as a lathe tutorial. There’s an explanation of the operation method starting from 0:20 in the video. As always, the modeling & system are purely made by Reso.
