uh is this on here for a reason did he put this on here the homeowner very interesting is that why that's on here too so they don't get dirty hahaha this will be fun the original idea was to always make as much money on this house as i can and that's the plan and i'm sticking to it hi come on in hi Todd hi how are you i'm good nice to meet you would you guys mind putting on some booties i try to keep the house as clean as possible doing some remodeling i actually live like this you do yeah i try to keep it clean okay so you keep the plastic on and everything all the time i've always had the plastic here just trying to keep the perfect cleanest house that i can just trying to maximize the value of my house and trying to get the best deal i can when i come to sell interesting it's all good now do you have any concerns about the plastic i've only had a couple slip and falls not too many good but just if it's okay i'm just gonna start taking some notes okay all right yeah please stay on the path as you can see the carpeting is in perfect condition it's really my pride and joy of the house i try to keep the carpet as nice as i can and it smells good i mean it smells like brand new carbon doesn't it smells new it's got that new car smell almost doesn't it i've got a natural gas fireplace and do you use it very often or never i've never used it okay this is a very nice tile oh i'm sorry i'm sorry okay this here is the bathroom that i use this is the other full bath really seriously and now you use this bathroom this is the only bathroom that i use oh okay because you have your toilet wrapped with saran wrap as well and i just does that get in the way well i just again i don't like stains so this just helps protect everything okay i need to open this one and flush it is there a problem here okay if you want we'll get a shot of that William and you're not worried about more germs or anything no not at all i know it's i change it quite regularly i don't know maybe once a year i change it so yeah it's it's great it works for me um if it gets dirty i don't have to spend money on cleaning products i don't really believe that that's really very sanitary so i mean that's kind of gross this is well
