Stand Steady There will be seasons when life tries to rush you into becoming afraid. Plans will change. People will change. Doors you expected to open will remain closed. Things you thought were certain will suddenly become questions. And in those moments, your greatest strength may not be knowing exactly what to do next. Sometimes your strength is simply refusing to be moved by every storm that passes through your life. Stand steady. Not because you aren’t afraid, but because fear doesn’t deserve to make every decision. Not because you know how everything will turn out, but because uncertainty does not automatically mean disaster. Not because nothing hurts, but because pain and destruction are not the same thing. You can hurt and still remain whole. A tree doesn’t chase the wind trying to stop it. It deepens its roots.
