I've been driving the 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander for three months now, and I'm going to give you my honest brutal takeaways. Listen up because I have a whole list. Let's get into it. So first, the things that I love. The amount of space. It's amazing. It feels huge. We have so much room for dogs, husband, on, whenever we want to go on a weekend trip, it's perfect. The panoramic sunroof is amazing. It just gives the whole car a nice bright look, and it's beautiful. The gas mileage is actually really good. I get about 25 and a half miles per gallon, which honestly, I think is pretty close to what my Honda CRV used to get. The technology is amazing. I love the Apple CarPlay and how big the screen is and also how easy it is to use! Okay, so what I don't like about the Toyota Highlander, probably the price is number one, but I will say it's worth it. Number two is some of the automatic features can be a little annoying. Um, some of them tend to beep a little bit too much. Like if you look a certain way, they beep at you, which is, oh, very annoying. Besides, parking, I'm used to driving a CRV. I drove this car for 11 years, so I'm still used to a smaller. So whenever I'm parking, I do have to use a little viewfinder to figure out where to park exactly. If I could change one thing about the car, the wheels. They're plastic. Like, come on, Toyota, why would you make your wheels plastic? So after three months of driving the Toyota Highlander, would I buy it again? Absolutely.
