I found an entire clay cracking kit for ONE DOLLAR, so obviously I had to find out if a $1 kit could actually make satisfying wax-style clay cracking 😭 It somehow came with EVERYTHING: clay, molds, paint, glitter, nail polish AND a little paintbrush. For literally $1?? I started with the cupcake mold thinking this was going to be easy, but the clay was ridiculously sticky and the mold was so flimsy that getting the shape out without destroying it became its own Olympic event. 💀 Eventually we got something that vaguely resembled a cupcake, and since that mold was fighting for its life, I abandoned it and started making the shapes myself. 😂 I made a little lollipop, painted the cupcake, attempted to use the glitter, and then discovered that whatever glitter situation they included turns into what can only be described as BOOGERS when you try to spread it. Genuinely, if I had paid anything more than $1 for this clay cracking kit, I would’ve been devastated. And now comes my least favorite part of every clay cracking experiment: WAITING. 😭 My desk is covered in sticky clay, paint and glitter boogers, my little cupcake and lollipop have to dry, and apparently I’m just supposed to peacefully walk away?? Absolutely not.
