I CHANGED MY LLC TO A C-CORP... HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED.

After I stopped using a single member LLC, I converted my LLC to a C-corporation and then I built my corporate structure where I actually have a holding company in Wyoming, I have a property management company and a parent company and all three of those companies protect my assets. I also used the C-corporation to operate my business. After I built this corporate structure according to this legacy, I was able to secure $1.4 million in commercial real estate and then shortly after that, we were able to increase that line of credit to $1.9 million. I received $1.4 million in commercial real estate funding and then two of my C-corporations as co-signers. And I was also able to go ahead and secure a 2026 Cadillac Escalade and they never checked my credit. I didn't have to submit a tax return or any other documents using this particular C-corporation. All four of these results came after I was able to get rid of the LLC and restructure my business as a C-corporation. According to the United States, a C-corporation is seen as a United States person, which means anything that I can do, the business can do. So after being sued when I had a single member LLC and my bank accounts got frozen, I realized that the only way for me to truly reach financial freedom is to separate myself from the business. So now I use the business to do all the spending and I do not use my personal information.
