I think the number that makes you golden is 30. 30 times 4 is 1.2 tax free. If you can't live on 1.2 tax free, I can live like a sheik on 1.2. I don't have the houses, but if you give me a house and 1.2 and no house paid off and $1.2 million a year, I can live like a sheik. So it's 30 million. I won't have 30 million plus a paid off house. 30 million and a paid off house. I tell everybody listening, you pay off consumer debt, you pay off car debt, anything with crazy interest rates, credit cards, pay that all. You and Dave Ramsey. I'm Dave Ramsey. On all the and then this is people will argue then I pay off the house. I haven't had a mortgage since 1988. Case that I Dave David Vegas versus Key Capital leasing. It was my first big case, money, I took the money and I bought a house and that's the last house I've ever had.
