Apple season is almost here. So you need to know how to peel an apple as efficiently and professionally as possible without damaging your apple. This is how we're taught in culinary school. You're gonna take an apple peeler and you're gonna first peel a ring around the top. Then you're gonna peel a second ring around the bottom. Then with your peeler, rotating your apple with one hand and peeling with your dominant hand, you're gonna simply peel in a nice motion by rotating the apple with your other hand, keeping also a little garbage for scraps like this on your counter is also super helpful. See where I'm going with this? Without any scratches or any indents on the apple. To learn more pro tips, make sure you join my masterclasses. I teach live every single month on Zoom and September is short bread month. We'll also be making tarte tatin as I'm making right now and so many beautiful, elegant desserts throughout the holidays. So you can grab a week for free right now, get access to hundreds of recipes on the members only portal and come bake with me live on Zoom, ask me all your baking questions. And if you miss it, don't worry about it because we email you the class so you can access it anytime. Je vous aime and I hope to see you all there.
