8 weeks ago… Mum didn’t want a bar of exercising 🤣 I couldn’t even get one rep out of her before she came up with some sort of excuse 😅 8 weeks later, she still doesn’t really want a bar of it 😂 BUT… she’s actually calling me asking, “When’s our next workout?” And for Mum, that is a HUGE step in the right direction 😍💪❤️ Since then, she’s inspired hundreds — maybe even thousands — of people to get moving again. Pretty bloody cool for someone who never wanted to train in the first place 🥹❤️
