so proud of you @Deb!!! not only for sticking up for yourself in this moment, but for everything you’ve shown throughout this entire challenge. I’m grateful to call Deb one of my closest friends AND coaching her for almost 3 years, so I know how strong this woman is, physically, mentally, and emotionally. watching you take on something this difficult, continue to push yourself, and still stay true to who you are makes me so damn proud!!! and watching you stand up for yourself when someone tried to tear you down over something as irrelevant as your appearance made me even prouder. you are so much more than what anyone has to say about your body! your strength, character, work ethic, confidence, and heart speak SO much louder!! pto be your coach, but even prouder to be your friend 🥹 #thechallenge #greenscreenvideo
