Top five locations for 2026. Definitely, we have Tokyo, Japan, in the top five. Tokyo is places on Earth as far as culture, as far as aesthetics. Dopamine-wise, the post-Japa- post-Tokyo depression is right? Dopamine, so many colors, so many lights. They have the best food. They're so focused on perfection, it's kinda crazy, because you could a street, a street vendor in Tokyo, and they will have Wagyu, Wagyu steak that you've ever had. Would probably for Brazil is gonna be insane again. Uh, them and Dubai have kinda been battling and forth with, like, the biggest in the world, and honestly, Rio has kinda topped them off. Crazy. Um, but you also have places like Barcelona. If you haven't been to Barcelona, around, around June, when they have their San Juan celebration, it's places. Spain is the food, the relaxation, the culture. Um, obviously, we really really wanted to Colombia. It's becoming a big haven for beautiful, beautiful women, great food. Colombia as a whole is very peaceful, it's very beautiful, and the architecture. But a crazy thing is, like, it's very inexpensive to live. There's a lot of entrepreneurs there right now, so it's a place to go and co-work abroad, living remote, working remote. And another I'd say is just really anywhere in Southeast Asia, whether that's Bali or, uh, Thailand. Like, those are places that, you know, I could easily live, buy real estate. Um, you know, if you're just making $3,000 to $5,000 a month, you could live a very nice, happy life there, eating great, healthy food, nice apartment or house, and traveling wherever you wanna be. So these are definitely places in the top five that I would say for 2026 to.
