One Pan Spicy Beef Rigatoni A rich and creamy one-pot pasta made with seasoned ground beef, tomato sauce, a little heat, and Parmesan cheese. Easy, comforting, and packed with flavor! Ingredients * 1 Tbsp oil * 1 lb ground beef * 1/2 onion, chopped * 2–3 cloves garlic, minced * Salt, to taste * 1 Tbsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp crushed red pepper * 1 tsp chili pepper * 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning * 2 Tbsp tomato paste * 1 cup pasta sauce (I used Carbone) * 1 cup half-and-half or heavy cream * 1 1/2 cups water * 250g rigatoni pasta, uncooked * Parmesan cheese, to taste Instructions 1. Brown the beef: Heat oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. 2. Add aromatics: Stir in the onions and garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened and fragrant. 3. Season: Add salt, paprika, crushed red pepper, chili pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well. 4. Build the sauce: Add tomato paste and cook for about 1 minute. Pour in the pasta sauce, half-and-half, and water. Stir to combine. 5. Cook the pasta: Add the uncooked rigatoni directly into the sauce. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t stick. 6. Finish: Once the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened, stir in a generous amount of Parmesan cheese. Add a splash of water or cream if the sauce is too thick. 7. Serve: Top with extra Parmesan and crushed red pepper if desired. Serve hot and enjoy! Tip: Keep an eye on the pasta while it cooks and stir frequently. The rigatoni will absorb the sauce as it cooks, creating a thick, creamy finish. #pasta #creatorsearchinsights #easyonepanmeal #worththesearch
