Google trained SL2T using over 100,000 hours of sign language videos from more than 50 sign languages around the world. 🤯 About 25% of the training data was ASL, so the AI may recognize patterns from other sign languages too. But right now, it works best with ASL because that’s the sign language Google has tested the most. @google @googledeepmind
