Let me show you how to make homemade cough drops. When my family starts to feel that scratchiness coming on, this is what I give them. They're four simple ingredients: ginger, honey, lemon, and turmeric. Plus a little pinch of black pepper to boost the turmeric. I cook everything down to a thick and bubbly mixture. And pour into molds. Now if you don't have a mold, you can actually use some cornstarch and a tablespoon. And the back of a tablespoon. Let them cool. And they turn into the perfect soothing drops you could keep on hand. And also, you can actually turn these into lollipops for the little ones. I like to call them my daily wellness drops.
